I highly recommend this business. Service like this is fantastic. I had a leaking washing machine over the weekend, and I was able to get informed advice and exactly my requirement specifications for a new one in one phone call on the Monday morning.  Steve, the owner of RDA fitted me in the same day to drive over to deliver, remove my old machine, install the new one, show me the basics, and take away and dispose of the old machine, all at no extra cost to the machine price. Brilliant trustworthy reliable service. I would always turn to RDA first over the big name companies - they run on good old-fashioned values. They deserve every success for their excellent dedication and service.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to RDA for their exceptional service in my recent purchase of a new washing machine. The previous one had failed due to its bearings naturally wearing out and completely going in the end. It was 7 years old, purchased September 2019. With one easy phonecall to RDA, I received the professional advice I needed to match my requirements for a replacement machine, which I duly ordered on the spot. The new machine was delivered and installed at the earliest date they could fit me in, plus the old machine disconnected and taken away by the 2 excellent staff, who went over and above what was expected, even insisting on getting down themselves to wipe away the leaked bearing oil on the kitchen floor under the machine before the new one was installed. They were polite and friendly, and gave helpful and clear instructions for how to operate the control panel of the new model. They left the place clean and tidy and no bulky packaging was left with me to dispose of afterwards. All praise goes to RDA for an excellent customer experience from start to finish. We first enquired about repair for our washing machine and they recommended a really good engineer who was very honest albeit he recommended we buy another one. We looked at prices with other companies online and when comparing delivery, installation and removal RDA came out very favourable. We purchased a Hotpoint machine and delivery was 7 days however they said if they got a cancellation it would improve. True to their word we got it quicker.

Bought a Bosch series 6 washing machine from here, they matched the price from an online retailer and provided delivery, install and took old appliance away no problem. Did have a follow up question regarding the washing machine after install which they needed to check directly with Bosch but they were very helpful and came back to me within an hour with a reply. So much better aftercare compared to the other larger retailers. Will continue to buy from them 😊
